These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Khushbu’s Design Studio mobile application (“the App”) as an employee, sales executive, or authorized staff member of Khushbu Boutique (“the Company”). By logging in or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is intended solely for internal business use. It enables employees to manage, update, and track customer orders, monitor branch activity, and streamline daily operations. Unauthorized or personal use of the App is strictly prohibited.

2. Account and Access

1. Each user is provided access credentials based on their employment role.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Access is non-transferable and should not be shared with other employees or third parties.
4. The Company reserves the right to revoke access at any time in case of misuse or violation of policy.

3. Use of Data

1. The App collects and processes data such as your name, contact details, work location, and order activity.
2. All information recorded through the App remains the property of Khushbu Boutique.
3. Employees are prohibited from copying, exporting, or sharing customer or business data outside official channels.

4. Conduct and Responsibilities

1. Employees must use the App only for official business-related purposes.
2. Any form of data manipulation, unauthorized disclosure, or false updates will be considered a violation of company policy and may lead to disciplinary or legal action.
3. All order information must be updated accurately and promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including designs, layouts, order structures, and text — is owned by Khushbu Boutique and protected under applicable copyright laws. Employees may not replicate, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the App for personal or external use.

6. App Updates and Maintenance

Khushbu Boutique reserves the right to modify, update, or suspend app functionalities for maintenance or improvements without prior notice. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided for operational convenience. Khushbu Boutique shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or error in data arising from misuse, network failures, or user negligence.

8. Termination of Access

Employment termination or reassignment may result in the automatic revocation of access. Employees must immediately cease using the App upon termination or notice from the Company.

FOR CUSTOMERS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Khushbu’s Design Studio mobile application (“the App”), owned and operated by Khushbu Boutique (“the Company”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

1. Purpose of the App

The App allows customers to view and track orders placed with Khushbu Boutique, receive updates, and manage communication with the boutique.

2. Account and Login

1. Customers may log in using their registered phone number and OTP or password.
2. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
3. Any unauthorized activity from your account will be your responsibility until reported to Khushbu Boutique.

3. Orders and Services

1. All orders are subject to confirmation by Khushbu Boutique.
2. Estimated timelines, progress updates, and status indicators shown in the App are for reference only.
3. Final delivery times and order outcomes may vary based on product availability and production schedules.

4. Use of the App

1. You agree not to misuse the App for fraudulent purposes, unauthorized access, or data extraction.
2. The App is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use related to your interactions with Khushbu Boutique.
3. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the App’s operation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials displayed in the App are the property of Khushbu Boutique. Reproduction or distribution of any content without written consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Khushbu Boutique strives to provide accurate and timely order information, the Company shall not be held liable for:

1. Delays or errors in data transmission,
2. App downtime or technical issues, or
3. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from App usage.

7. Updates and Availability

Khushbu Boutique may update, modify, or suspend parts of the App as needed. The Company is not obligated to notify users of every update or downtime.

8. Termination or Restriction of Access

Khushbu Boutique reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access in cases of misuse, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
